AAI Recruitment 2022: Junior Executive Engineering (596 Posts)

AAI Recruitment 2022: Airports Authority of India (AAI) has released an employment notification for the recruitment of Junior Executive in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, and Architecture. The selection will base on GATE scores in 2020, 2021, and 2022. The last date for submission of the application is 21 January 2023.

1. Junior Executive Civil Engineer

• No of posts:- 62 [UR:32, EWS:6, OBC:11, SC:9, ST:4]
• Educational Qualification:- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Technology in Civil
• Corresponding GATE Paper:- Civil Engineering
• Corresponding GATE Year:- 2020 or 2021 or 2022

2. Junior Executive Electrical Engineer

• No of posts:- 84 [UR:47, EWS:8, OBC:19, SC:6, ST:4]
• Educational Qualification:- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Technology in Electrical.
• Corresponding GATE Paper:- Electrical Engineering
• Corresponding GATE Year:- 2020 or 2021 or 2022

3. Junior Executive Electronics

• No of posts:- 440 [UR:187, EWS:44, OBC:111, SC:67, ST:31]
• Educational Qualification:- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Technology in Electronics/ Telecommunications / Electrical with a specialization in Electronics
• Corresponding GATE Paper:- Electronics and Communication Engineering
• Corresponding GATE Year:- 2020 or 2021 or 2022

4. Junior Executive Architecture

• No of posts:- 10 [UR:6, EWS:1, OBC:2, SC:1, ST:0]
• Educational Qualification:- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and registered with the Council of Architecture
• Corresponding GATE Paper:- Architecture and Planning
• Corresponding GATE Year:- 2022

The degree should be:

• From a recognized/ deemed university or from an apex Institution i.e. (IIT/IIM/IIMS/XLRI/TISS, etc.) recognized by the Government of India; and
• Percentage of marks: – Minimum 60% marks or equivalent for a Bachelor’s Degree.

Upper age limit:- 27 years as of 21/01/2023. The Upper age relaxation is up to 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST, and 10 years for PWD candidates.

Salary:- Pay level E-1, Rs. 40000- 3%- 140000. The Cost to the Company per annum would be around Rs. 12 lakhs approximately.

Selection Procedure

• Candidates can apply for the posts of Junior Executive (Engineering-Civil), Junior Executive (Engineering-Electrical), and Junior Executive (Electronics) on the basis of either GATE 2020 or GATE 2021, or GATE 2022 and for the post of Junior Executive (Architecture) on the basis of GATE 2022.
• Screening and eligibility will be based on the details provided by the candidate. Candidates shortlisted on the basis of GATE 2020 or GATE 2021 or GATE 2022 Scores will be called directly for document verification which will be held at Corporate Headquarters in New Delhi.
• Equal weightage will be given to GATE 2020/GATE 2021/GATE 2022 Scores for the posts of Junior Executive (EngineeringCivil), Junior Executive (Engineering-Electrical), and Junior Executive (Electronics).

Application Fee

Application Fee of Rs.300/- (Rs. Three Hundred only) is to be paid through ONLINE MODE ONLY. However, the SC /ST/ PWD/Female candidates are exempted from payment of the fee.
