Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2022: Bank of Baroda invites online applications from eligible and experienced candidates for the 145 Vacancies in Receivables Management Department. The last date for submission of the application is 01.02.2022.

1. Post Name:- Head Strategy– Receivables Management, Retail, MSME, Agri Loans

  • No of posts:- 1
  • Age limit:- 38- 50 years as of 01.01.2022.
  • Educational Qualification:- A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India/Govt. bodies/AICTE.
  • Desirable qualification:– Post Graduate Degree /Diploma in Management and Professional Certification in Project Management.
  • Work Experience:- Minimum of 12 Years experience in a Bank/ NBFC with 10 years experience in Collection profile. Preference would be given to candidates having experience in Receivable Management & Risk Management portfolios.

2. Post Name:- National Manager Telecalling

  • No of posts:- 1
  • Age limit:- 34- 50 years as of 01.01.2022.
  • Educational Qualification:- A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India/Govt. bodies/AICTE
  • Desirable qualification:- Post Graduate Degree /Diploma in any discipline.
  • Work Experience:- Minimum of 14 Years experience in a Bank/ NBFC with 10 years experience in Collection profile and have managed at least one large zone/ region for a minimum period of 5 years. Preference would be given to candidates having experience in tele–calling collection function (Any product) for a minimum period of 5 years.

3. Post Name:- Head Project & Process– Receivable Management

  • Age limit:- 35- 50 years as of 01.01.2022.
  • Educational Qualification:- A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India/Govt. bodies/AICTE
  • Desirable qualification:– Post Graduate Degree /Diploma in any discipline
  • Work Experience:– Minimum of 12 Years experience in a Bank/ NBFC in Collection profile & management of various Receivables processes, projects, and system deployment. Preference would be given to candidates having experience in Central Support Function in Receivable Management.

4. Post Name:- National Receivables Manager

  • No of posts:- 3
  • Age limit:- 40- 55 years as of 01.01.2022.
  • Educational Qualification:- A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India/Govt. bodies/AICTE
  • Desirable qualification:- Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Management.
  • Work Experience:- Minimum of 20 Years experience in a Bank/ NBFC with 15 years experience in Collection profile. Preference would be given to candidates having experience in handling Collection portfolios in Mortgage/ PL/ Auto/ Agri loan products.

5. Post Name:- Zonal Receivables Manager

  • Age limit:- 35- 55 years as of 01.01.2022.
  • Educational Qualification:- A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India/Govt. bodies/AICTE
  • Desirable qualification:- Post Graduate Degree /Diploma in Management
  • Work Experience:- Minimum of 15 Years experience in a Bank/ NBFC with 12 years experience in Collection profile and should have managed at least one region/ zone for a minimum of 2 years.

6. Post Name:- Vice President –Strategy Manager

  • Age limit:- 35- 55 years as of 01.01.2022.
  • Educational Qualification:- A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India/Govt. bodies/AICTE
  • Desirable qualification:- Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in any discipline

7. Post Name:- Deputy Vice President –Strategy Manager

10. Post Name:- Regional Receivables Manager

  • Age limit:- 30- 50 years as of 01.01.2022.
  • Educational Qualification:- A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India/Govt. bodies/AICTE
  • Desirable qualification:- Post Graduate Degree /Diploma in any discipline
  • Work Experience:- Minimum of 10 Years experience in a Bank/ NBFC with 5 years experience in Collection profile and should have Managed atleast one large state/ territory for a minimum of 1 year. Preference would be given to candidates having experience of handling Collection portfolio in any of the Retail Asset products.
