8. Constable(Waiter): 69 Posts - Age limit:- 18 years or over 25 years as of the closing date of receipt of online application. Upper age relaxation as per Govt rules.
- Salary:- Pay Matrix Level-3, Rs 21700/- to 69100/-
- Essential Qualification:-
- For trades of Constable (Cobbler), Constable (Tailor), Constable (Washerman), Constable (Barber), and Constable (Sweeper):
(a) Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board;
(b) Must be proficient in respective trade;
(c) Must qualify for trade test in the respective trade conducted by the recruitment board - For the trades of Constable (Cook), Constable (Water Carrier), and Constable(Waiter):
(a) Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board;
(b) National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF) level-I Course in food production or Kitchen from National Skill Development Corporation or the Institutes recognized by National Skill Development Corporation.
How to apply for BSF Constable Recruitment 2023
The application by the candidates must be submitted through ONLINE mode. No other method for submission of the application will be accepted.
The facility for submission of online applications will be opened on the BSF website https://rectt.bsf.gov.in. w.e.f. 26/02/2023 at 00:01 AM and will be closed on 27/03/2023 at 11:59 PM.
Online submission of application form comprises of following steps:-
- One-Time Registration (OTR). (STEP-I)
- Filling out an online application. (STEP-II)
- Payment of examination fee through prescribed digital modes.
After shown successful completion of fee payment, the application will be completed. Candidates may take printouts of this application for their records. Printout of applications is not required to be sent to BSF.

- For SC/ST/Women candidates: Nil
