• Educational Qualification:- SSLC/HSSLC Passed with Knowledge of Computer & Typing Speed will be conducted of 30wpm (Words Per Minute).

3. Post Name:- Gram Sevak (Grade-III)

• No of posts:- 2
• Salary:- Pay level-5
• Educational Qualification:- SSLC/HSSLC Passed (Only Female Candidate), Physical Test will be conducted.

4. Post Name:- Sectional Assistant (SA) (Grade-III)

• No of posts:- 3
• Salary:- Pay level-4
• Educational Qualification:- SSLC/HSSLC Passed.

5. Post Name:- Typist (Grade-III)

• No of posts:- 1
• Salary:- Pay level-4
• Educational Qualification:- SSLC/HSSLC Passed with Computer Certificates (DPTIMS Office).

6. Post Name:- Driver (Grade-IV)

• Salary:- Pay level-3
• Educational Qualification:- Class VIII Passed having valid professional Driving License & Driving Test will be conducted (Male Candidate).

7. Post Name:- Soil & Water Conservation Field Worker (Grade-IV)

• Educational Qualification:- SSLC Passed (Male Candidate Only).

8. Post Name:- Grade IV Posts [Chainman/ Khalasi/ Chowkidar/ Peon/ Sweeper Cum Cleaner (Indoor Ward)] (Grade-IV)

• Salary:- Pay level-1
• Educational Qualification:- Class VIII Passed. For Chainman & Khalasi (Only Male Candidate).

Age limit

• Candidates should not be less than 18 years and not more than 27 years in age as of 1st January 2021. There is a relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Community.

Candidates are to apply and submit their application through online mode only from 21st September 2021 and due to prevailing, COV1D-19 Pandemic, by clicking on the link provided on the main page of the East Jaintia Hills website viz. eastlaintiahills.gov.in

The last date for online application is on 25th October 2021.

Application received through any other mode will not be accepted and will be summarily rejected.

Fresh Candidates will first have to register themselves. Candidates will be required to supply a valid e-mail ID and a scanned copy of their recent passport (in jpg/jpeg format only rot exceeding 50kb) along with your signature at the bottom of the photograph.

Selection Procedure

Eligible candidates for Grade-III Post specified above will have to appear for the Written test Examination in the following subjects when called for.

• PAPER-I: General English [70 Marks]
• PAPER-II: Elementary Mathematics/ Elementary Science/ aptitude (Objective)/ General Knowledge [200 Marks]

Eligible Candidates for Grade IV Post specified above will have to appear for the Written Examination in the following subject when called for:

• PAPER-I: General Knowledge [50 Marks]
