Gauhati High Court Recruitment 2022: Gauhati High Court (GHC) has released employment news notification for the recruitment of 02 Chauffeur (Driver) and Court Attendant (Peon) Vacancy in the Law Research Institute, Eastern Region, Gauhati High Court. Interested and eligible candidates may apply before 31/01/2022.
1. Chauffeur (Driver)
- No. of post: 01 (Unreserved)
- Eligibility Criteria: (i) Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Central or State Board. (ii) Must possess a valid Driving License.
- Scale of Pay: PB-2, Rs.14000-60500/- + Grade Pay Rs.5200/-
2. Court Attendant (Peon)
- No. of post: 01 (Unreserved)
- Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have passed class-VIII; and those who have passed HSSLC (class-XII) or above shall be ineligible to apply for the said post. Candidates possessing special skills will be given preference on need basis.
- Scale of Pay: PB-1, Rs.12000-52000/- + Grade Pay Rs.3900/-
Proof of Residency: A candidate must possess a valid registration certificate of Employment Exchange for the State of Assam for all the aforesaid posts.
Age limit of Gauhati High Court Recruitment 2022
Category wise age limits for the posts, as on last date of receipt of applications, will be as under:-
- Unreserved: Maximum 40 years
- OBC/MOBC: Maximum 43 years
- SC: Maximum 45 years
- STP & STH: Maximum 45 years
- PwBD: Maximum 50 years
Candidates belonging to OBC/MOBC category shall have to produce non-creamy layer certificate from the competent authority at the time of document verification.
