Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2023: Indian Coast Guard has released an employment notification for the recruitment of Assistant Commandants in various disciplines. Eligible candidates may apply online. The last date for submission of the application is 9th February 2023 up to 17:00 hrs.

1. Assistant Commandant General Duty (GD)

• No of posts:- 40
• Gender:- Male
• Age limit:- Born between 01 Jul 1998 to 30 Jun 2002 (Both dates inclusive).
• Salary:- Pay level-10, Starting Basic Pay Rs. 56,100/-
• Essential Qualification:-
  (i) Should hold a degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks.
  (ii) Mathematics and Physics as subjects up to Intermediate or class XII of 10+2+3 scheme of education or equivalent with minimum 55% aggregate marks in Mathematics and Physics. The candidates who have completed graduation after the diploma, are also eligible, provided they should possess an aggregate of 55% marks in the diploma with physics and mathematics in its curriculum.)

2. Assistant Commandant Commercial Pilot Entry (CPL-SSA)

• No of posts:- 10
• Gender:- Both Male & Female
• Age limit:- Born between 01 Jul 1998 to 30 Jun 2004 (Both dates inclusive).
• Salary:- Pay level-10, Starting Basic Pay Rs. 56,100/-
• Essential Qualification:-
  (i) Should have passed 12th class or equivalent with physics and mathematics as subjects with minimum 55% aggregate marks in Mathematics and Physics. The candidates who have completed diplomas are also eligible, provided they should possess an aggregate of 55% marks in the diploma with physics and mathematics in its curriculum.
  (ii) Should possess current Commercial Pilot Licence issued/ validated by Director General Civil Aviation on the date of submission of application

3. Assistant Commandant Technical (Mechanical)

• No of posts:- 6
• Gender:- Male
• Age limit:- Born between 01 Jul 1998 to 30 Jun 2002 (Both dates inclusive).
• Salary:- Pay level-10, Starting Basic Pay Rs. 56,100/-
• Essential Qualification:-
  (a) Should hold an Engineering degree from a recognized university in Naval Architecture Mechanical or Marine Automotive Mechatronics or Industrial and Production Metallurgy or Design or Aeronautical Aerospace with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks.
  OR
  Equivalent qualification in any of the above disciplines recognized by the Institutes of the Engineers (India) as exempted from sections ‘A’ and ‘B’ and their associate membership examination (AMIE).
  (b) Mathematics and Physics as subjects up to intermediate or class XII of 10+2+3 scheme of education or equivalent with minimum 55% aggregate marks in Mathematics and Physics. The candidates who have completed graduation after the diploma, are also eligible, provided they should possess an aggregate of 55% marks in the diploma with physics and mathematics in its curriculum.

4. Assistant Commandant Technical (Electrical/ Electronics)

• No of posts:- 14
• Gender:- Male
• Salary:- Pay level-10, Starting Basic Pay Rs. 56,100/-
• Age limit:- Born between 01 Jul 1997 to 30 Jun 2001 (Both dates inclusive).
• Essential Qualification:-
• (i) Should hold an Engineering degree from a recognized university in Electrical or Electronics or Telecommunication or Instrumentation or Instrumentation and Control or Electronics and Communication or Power Engineering or Power Electronics with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks. OR Equivalent qualification in any of the above disciplines recognized by the Institutes of the Engineers (India) as exempted from sections ‘A’ and ‘B’ and their associate membership examination (AMIE).

• (ii) Mathematics and Physics as subjects up to intermediate or class XII of 10+2+3 scheme of education or equivalent with minimum 55% aggregate marks in Mathematics and Physics. • Age limit:- Born between 01 Jul 1994 to 30 Jun 2002 (Both dates inclusive).
• Salary:- Pay level-10, Starting Basic Pay Rs. 56,100/-
• Essential Qualification:- A degree in Law from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks.
