- Salary:- Pay scale level-2, Rs. 19900- 63200 in the pay matrix.
- Educational Qualification:-
1. Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized board or institute with knowledge of English.
2. Should have completed Apprentice Training in the trade
Or
Mechanic or equivalent with two years of regular service in the appropriate Technical Branch of the Army, Navy, and Air Force.

Selection Procedure
The selection procedure will consist of

- Written Examination
The scheme of Written Examination is as follows
- General Intelligence and Reasoning: 10 Marks
- Numerical Aptitude: 10 Marks
- General English: 10 Marks
- General Awareness: 10 Marks
- Syllabus as per training imparted at Apprentice school/ as per NCVT in relevant trade: 50 Marks
