MBMA Recruitment 2023: The Meghalaya Basin Development Authority (MBDA) has released an employment notification for the recruitment of Technical Specialists, Managers, and Programme Associate positions on a contractual basis. The last date for submission of the application is 30th March 2023.

1. Post Name:- Technical Specialist Geographic Information System & Remote Sensing

• No of posts:- 1 (One)
• Place of posting:- Shillong
• Age limit:- 30 to 45 years.
• Salary:- Rs. 55,000/- per month
• Essential Qualification:- Master’s Degree in Remote Sensing and GIS Geoinformatics, Earth Science, Cartography, and other related fields with a minimum of 5 years of experience in management and mapping of GIS and Remote Sensing.

2. Post Name:- Senior Manager/ Manager – Water Resources

• No of posts:- 1 (One)
• Place of posting:- Shillong
• Age limit:- 30 to 45 years.
• Salary:- Rs.46,800/- For Senior Manageo and Rs.39,000/- For Manager
• Essential Qualification:- Graduate or Post Graduate or equivalent in Water Resources, Geology, Hydrology, and other related fields having in-depth knowledge and experience in Water Resources management and planning.
• Experience:-
  # For Senior Manager: Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience in water resources, agriculture water management, and natural resource management projects. Expert in the implementation of programs and policies for improving water resources (Basin Water), and water management for agriculture (Rural Water and sustainable
  development.
  # For Manager: Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in water resources, agriculture water management, and natural resource management projects. Expert in the implementation of programs and policies for improving water resources (Basin Water), water management for agriculture (Rural Water), and sustainable development.

3. Post Name:- Senior Manager/ Manager – Finance & Accounts

• No of posts:- 1 (One)
• Place of posting:- Shillong
• Age limit:- 30 to 45 years.
• Salary:- Rs.46,800/- For Senior Manageo and Rs.39,000/- For Manager
• Essential Qualification:– Intermediate in CA/WCA/ MBA in Finance Bachelors or Master’s degree in Commerce/ Business and Financial Management.
• Experience:-
  For Senior Manager:
  i) For intermediate in CA/ IWCA – Minimum of 05 years of experience
  ii) For ilBA in Finance Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Commerce/ Business and Financial Management – Minimum 07 Years of experience in Finance, Accounts & Taxation related functions and also at a Senior Level handling Project and Company Accounting.
  For Manager:
  i) For intermediate in CA/ IWCA- Minimum 03 years of experience
  ii) For MBA in Finance Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in commerce/ Business and Financial Management-Minimum 05 Years of experience in Finance, Accounts & Taxation related functions and also at a Senior Level handling Project and Company Accounting

4. Post Name:- Manager Monitoring & Evaluation

• No of posts:- 1 (One)
• Place of posting:- Shillong
• Age limit:- 30 to 45 years.
• Salary:- Rs. 39,000/- per month
• Essential Qualification:- Graduate or Post Graduate in statistics, demographics, public policy, development studies, and engineering, Preferably with an advanced certificate in M&E & statistics with minimum 5 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, and planning position responsible for implementing M&E activities of International/national development projects.

5. Post Name:- Programme Associate GIS & IT Developer 

• No of posts:- 1 (One)
• Place of posting:- Shillong
• Age limit:- 30 to 45 years.
• Salary:- Rs. 26,000/- per month
• Essential Qualification:– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electronics and Communications Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 1- 2 years experience in lT& GIS.
