Meghalaya DOFP Recruitment 2022: The Directorate of Food Processing, Meghalaya has released an employment notification for the recruitment of District Resource Person. The required qualification is the 12th Pass. Eligible candidates may apply online. The last date is 31.12.2022.

• Age limit:- As per Govt of Meghalaya norms.
• Salary:-
  1. Payment to the Resource Persons would be made on the basis of each beneficiary supported by them after the sanction of a loan to them by the bank. Payment to each Resources Person would be @ Rs. 20,000/- per bank loan sanctioned.
  2. 50% of the payment would be made after sanction of bank loan and the remaining 50% after the completion of the Units and also obtaining FSSAI certificate, Udyam Certificate, and GST registration (wherever required).
• Educational Qualification:- Minimum class 12th pass.
• Requirements:-
  1. Experience in Sales & Marketing, Bank Mitras, Loan Recovery agents, Insurance agents, and anyone having experience in any commission/ incentive base employment.
  2. Can travel extensively within the district.
  3. Should have Good Communication Skills, especially in the local language.
• Roles and responsibilities of DRPs:-
  1. Identification of potential micro food processing entrepreneurs.
  2. Linking food entrepreneurs with banks and the Government for getting loans and subsidies.
  3. Handholding support should be provided by the Resource Persons to individual units and groups for preparation of DPR, taking a bank loan, and support for obtaining necessary registration and licenses including food standards of FSSAI, Udyog Aadhar, GST, etc.
