Meghalaya MSWWDA Recruitment 2022: The Meghalaya State Watershed & Wasteland Development Agency (MSWWDA) has released an employment notification for the recruitment of Assistant Manager (Social & Environment Safeguards) and Assistant Manager (Gender) to be appointed on a Contractual Basis. Interested and Eligible candidates to attend the walk-in-interview to be held on 24th December 2022 & 25th December 2022
1. Assistant Manager (Social & Environment Safeguards)
- No of posts:- 2 (Two)
- Place of posting:- Shillong and Tura
- Age limit:- 18- 37 years.
- Salary:- Rs. 24,000/- per month
- Educational Qualification:- Post Graduate or equivalent in Anthropology, Sociology. Applied Social Science, Social Work, Environmental Science, or other related fields.
- Experience:- Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant operational areas like social safeguards, social assessment, and social development issues.
2. Assistant Manager (Gender)
- No of posts:- 2 (Two)
- Place of posting:- Shillong and Tura
- Age limit:- 18- 37 years.
- Salary:- Rs. 24,000/- per month
- Educational Qualification:- Post Graduate in Gender Studies, Psychology, Social Science, or related disciples including gender within the degree
- Experience:-
(i) Minimum 5 years of professional experience in substantive areas of gender issues, gender integration, social & community mobilization, rural community development, etc with international development projects such as IFAD, World Bank, ADB, etc would be given preference
(ii) Experience in facilitating meetings and designing workshops using a variety of participatory, adult learning methodologies and approaches
(iii) Proficiency in designing and implementing gender issues analyses and gender assessment
(iv) Experience in conducting training & Capacity Building for the project staff, rural communities, and government officials
