Meghalaya Survey School Admission 2021: Meghalaya Survey School, Tura invites applications in prescribed form are invited from candidates who are permanent residents of Meghalaya for admission into 6 (six) months Recorders Course the Training (MANDAL) 50th Batch during the session 2021-2022 commencing from 15th November 2021 at the Meghalaya Survey School, Tura. The last date for submission of the application is 05.11.2021.

Course Name:- Recorders Course Training (MANDAL) 50th Batch

  • Duration:- 6 (six) months
  • Age limit:- The age of the candidates should not be less than 18 years and more than 27 years as of 1st November 2021 (relaxable to 5 years for ST/SC Candidates).
  • Stipend:- The selected candidate will be awarded a monthly stipend of Rs. 500/- (five hundred) only per month. Candidates when selected for the training are not allowed simultaneous studies elsewhere. If discontinued, the whole amount of the stipend should be refunded to the Government.
  • Educational Qualification:- The candidates should pass SSLC/HSSLC from any recognized Board. Applicants who do not pose the requisite qualification will summarily be rejected.

How to apply for Meghalaya Survey School Admission 2021: Recorders Course Training (MANDAL) 50th Batch

The application forms duly filled in with all particulars accompanied with attested copies of Admit Card, Mark Sheet, Schedule Tribe/Caste Certificate, latest Character certificate, permanent residential certificate (for Non-Tribal candidates only), and 1 (one) recent passport size photograph pasted on the Application Form should be submitted to the office of the Principal, Meghalaya Survey School, West Garo Hills, Tura on or before 05th November 2021 up to 3.00 pm. No applications will be accepted after the last date.

Selection Procedure

Candidates applying for the Training Course will have to appear for Personal Interview/Viva-Voce to be conducted by the Meghalaya Survey School, Tura on 10th November 2021 at 11:00 am. in the office of the Principal, Meghalaya Survey School, West Garo Hills, Tura.

Candidates will have to bring Original Certificate/testimonials at the time of personal interview/Viva-voce. No separate call letters to the candidate will be issued by the undersized for this purpose. No. TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the Interview/Viva-Voce.

The result of the interview/Viva-Voce will be declared on 12th November 2021 at 2:00 PM and the selected candidates will have to join in the training on 15th November 2021 at 11:00 AM.
