MSRLS Recruitment 2022: The Meghalaya State Rural Livelihoods Society (MSRLS) seeks applications from the citizens of Meghalay has released an employment notification for the recruitment of Project Manager-Financial Inclusion, Project Manager- Social Inclusion & Social Development, and District Functional Specialist for citizens of Meghalaya.

1. Post Name:- Project Manager-Financial Inclusion
- No of posts:- 1 (One)
- Place of posting:- State Mission Management Unit, Shillong
- Upper age limit:- 35 years. Upper age 5 years relaxation for SC/ST candidates.
- Salary:- Rs. 32,000/- per month + Allowances
- Educational Qualification:- PG Degree/ PG Diploma in Science/Business Management – Finance/ Commerce from recognized University/Institution.
- Experience:-
# Minimum 5 years experience in Rural Development and Poverty Alleviation Programmes.
# Having worked in a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC)/ Micro Finance Institutions (MFI).
2. Post Name:- Project Manager- Social Inclusion & Social Development
- No of posts:- 1 (One)
- Place of posting:- State Mission Management Unit, Shillong
- Upper age limit:- 35 years. Upper age 5 years relaxation for SC/ST candidates.
- Salary:- Rs. 32,000/- per month + Allowances
- Educational Qualification:- Post Graduate Degree in RD/RDAP/ Social Work/ MBA from a recognized University/ Institution.
- Experience:-
# Minimum 5 years working experience in Rural Development Sector/Projects, Preferably in Rural Development and Poverty Alleviation Programmes, Community Organization.
# Minimum of 3 years working with Govt. promoted Organization(s).
3. Post Name:- District Functional Specialist – Livelihoods Promotion
- No of posts:- 11
- Place of posting:- 1 post each in DMMU EKH, WKH, WGH, EGH, SGH, RB, SWGH, SWKH, EJH, NGH.
- Upper age limit:- 35 years. Upper age 5 years relaxation for SC/ST candidates.
- Salary:- Rs. 27,000/- per month + Allowances
- Educational Qualification:- Post Graduate Degree in Agri./ Horti./ RDAP /Forestry from recognized University/ Institution.
- Experience:-
# Minimum 3 years experience in Rural Development and Poverty Alleviation Programmes, should have worked for SHGs/Community organizations/ Cooperatives
# Experience in Livelihoods related projects.

Selection Procedure
The shortlisted candidates will be informed by e-mail and subjected to undergoing the multi-modal selection process, which will include a preliminary examination that will test the verbal, quantitative, and analytical abilities of the candidates and thereafter, a group discussion, skill test, and /or any such other tests as MSRLS may decide. The screening of the candidates will take place at every stage of the examination. The preliminary examination will be held at Shillong and Tura.
