Railway Recruitment 2023: Northeast Frontier (NF) Railway has released an employment notification for the recruitment of 65 various Teacher vacancies in Railway Higher Secondary School, Lumding, Badarpur, and Dimapur by engaging suitable candidates, purely on a contract basis. The last date for submission of the application is June 25, 2023.

Qualification for Railway HS School:
Primary Teacher
1. Senior secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and B.Ed/Diploma in Elementary Education (D.ELED/J8T/PTT) (by whatever name Known)
And
2. Pass the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) to be conducted by the appropriate Government by Guidelines framed by the NICE for the purpose and must have the competency to teach in English Medium.
Post Graduate Teacher (PGT)
Post Graduate in relevant subject & B.Ed with competency to teach in English/Assamese medium.
Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT)
(1) Must have second class Bachelor’s degree (in teaching subject) and B.Ed. AND (2) Pass the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) conducted by the approved Government by the Guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose AND (3) Competence to teach through English Medium/Media as required at least he/she should have the language paper in the secondary level. (4) For PTI graduates from a recognized University with Diploma in Physical training from a recognized institution. Or, BPED from a recognized University and Higher Secondary. (5) For Fine Arts Bachelor’s degree in Drawing & Painting/Fine Arts with a minimum 2 years full-time Diploma from a recognized Institution.
Computer Teacher
MCA/BCA M.Sc. (Computer Science)/B.Sc. (Computer Science) B.Tech. (Computer Science)/PGDCA from a recognized institution/University.
Dance Teacher
Senior Secondary School Certificate with 50% marks or Intermediate with 50% marks or its equivalent and Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Dance or equivalent from a recognized University. Competence to teach through English/Hindi media.
Music Teacher
(1) Senior Secondary School Certificate with 50% marks or Intermediate with 50% marks or its equivalent and Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Instrumental Music or equivalent from a recognized University. (2) Competence to teach in English/Hindi. (3) Desirable: Knowledge of Computer Applications.
Spoken English
(1) Graduate with English as one of the subjects. (2) A certificate of Degree/Diploma in a Spoken English Course Program of not less than six months duration. (3) Desirable: Knowledge of Computer Applications.
Remuneration for Railway HS School
# Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) for all subjects Rs. 27,500/- per month.
# Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) for all subjects Rs. 26,250/- per month.
# Primary Teacher (PRT) for all subjects Rs.21250/-per month.
# Others Will be paid based on actual working days in a month.
Age Limit for Railway HS School
The candidate should be between the age of 18 and 65 years (as per KVS rules) as of the date of the interview and the selected candidate shall not be eligible to continue their contract services beyond 65 years.
