1. Post Name:- Senior Consultant (Academic)

• No of posts:- 6
• Age limit:- 65 years.
• Salary:- Rs. 60,000 per month
• Educational Qualification:-
  a) Post-Graduation Degree in Science/ Statistics/ Mathematics/ Commerce/ Social Sciences/ Humanities/ Education/ Psychology/ Computer Science from recognized university/Institute with minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade.
  b) Five years experience in the field of educational research/curriculum designing and development/ teacher education (pre-service and in-service).
• Desirable:-
  a) B.Ed. and M.Ed. from a recognized university/institute.
  b) Ph.D. in relevant subject
  c) M.Phil/NET/SLET qualified.
  d) Proficiency in English and Hindi
  e) Working knowledge of computer applications

2. Post Name:- Consultant (Academic)

• No of posts:- 29
• Age limit:- 65 years.
• Salary:- Rs.45,000 per month
• Educational Qualification:-
  a) Post-Graduation Degree in Science/ Statistics/ Mathematics/ Commerce/ Social Sciences/ Humanities/ Education/ Psychology/ Computer Science from recognized university/Institute with minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade.
  b) Two years of experience in the field of Education/ Curriculum Designing and Development/ Monitoring/ Holding Consultations.
• Desirable:-
  a) B.Ed. and M.Ed. from a recognized university or institute.
  b) Ph.D. in relevant subject
  c) M.Phil/NET/SLET qualified.
  d) Proficiency in English and Hindi
  e) Working knowledge of computer applications

3. Post Name:- Project Associate/ Survey Associate/ Senior Research Associate

• No of posts:- 5
• Age limit:- 65 years.
• Salary:- Rs.30,000/- per month
• Educational Qualification:-
  a) Post-Graduation Degree in Statistics/ Mathematics/ Commerce/ Economics/ Education from recognized university/institute with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade.
  b) Two years of experience in tools development, monitoring survey activities, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Desirable:-
  a) Working knowledge of data analysis software
  b) Ph.D./NET in relevant discipline
  c) Proficiency in English & Hindi

4. Post Name:- Junior Project Fellow

• No of posts:- 12
• Age limit:- 40 years as per UGC guidelines. (5 years relaxation for SC/ST and women candidates).
• Salary:- Rs. 25,000/- (NET Qualified) and Rs. 23,000/- (Without NET).
• Educational Qualification:- Post Graduation Degree in Science/ Statistics/ Mathematics/ Commerce/ Social Sciences/ Humanities/ Education/ Psychology/ Computer Science/ from recognized university/Institute with minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade (50% marks or equivalent grade in case of SC/ST/PH).
• Desirable:-
  a) B.Ed./M.Ed./Ph.D. in Education
  b) Experience in the field of curriculum designing & development
  c) Research experience in the field of Education
  d) Proficiency in English & Hindi

5. Post Name:- Office Assistant

• Educational Qualification:-
  a) Graduate in any discipline.
  b) 2 years experience in managing program activity & funds.
• Desirable:-
  a) Good knowledge of noting & drafting letters in English & Hindi etc.
  b) Knowledge of handling accounts
  c) Working knowledge of computer applications

6. Post Name:- Accountant

• No of posts:- 1
• Age limit:- 65 years.
• Salary:- Rs. 25,000/- per month
• Educational Qualification:-
  a) Graduate in any discipline
  b) Two years experience in handling accounts.
• Desirable:-
  a) Good knowledge of noting and drafting letters in English & Hindi etc.
  b) Working knowledge of computer applications

Shortlisted Candidates must bring the printout of the application in the prescribed format along with a self-attested photocopy of testimonials/certificates and one photograph at the time of interview. Candidates are also directed to bring the original certificates/testimonials for verification at the time of the interview.
