NERIE Shillong Recruitment 2021: North East Regional Institute of Education proposes to appoint System Analyst-cum-Programmer (SAP) on Out-Sourcing Basis. Interview for the posts will be conducted through online mode. The last date for submission of the application is 2nd September 2021.

Post Name:- System Analyst-cum-Programmer (SAP)

  • No of posts:- 1 (One)
  • Age limit:- 30 years as of the last date of submission of application.
  • Salary:- Rs. 31,000/- per month.
  • Educational Qualification:- Master of Computer Applications (MCA) or B.E./B.Tech (Electronics or Computer Science) from a recognized university/Institute.
  • Desirable:-
    1. Diploma in Hardware, Networking, and System Security.
    2. Three years’ experience in a reputed organization/Institute.
    3. Good Knowledge of Windows and Linux servers. Laptop, Printer, and desktop, ability to administer 200+ node networks including firewalls, network printer, and NMS.
    4. Good verbal and written communication.
Job Description
  1. User administration, system and peripherals troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  2. Monitor system performance, install software, create a backup and recovery policy.
  3. Monitor Network Communication
  4. Software maintenance and up-gradation
  5. Setup Security policies for users, passwords, and identity management.
  6. Managing Cisco/ Juniper Switches, Routers, Firewall Configuration, and wireless controller.
  7. Configure TCP/P and VPNs for remote access.
  8. Providing support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for all the client/ seller/ storage/ network devices, mobile devices, etc.
  9. Website designing, development, and updating via a secure channel.
  10. Managing audio-video studio equipment.
