1. Post Name:- Diploma Trainee (Electrical)

• No of posts:- 1 [Reserved for HI/LD/ID/MD]
• Essential Qualification:-
  (i) Full Time Regular 3 Years Diploma from a recognized Technical Board/ Institute with passing marks.
  (ii) Higher technical qualification like B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/M.E etc with or without Diploma is not allowed.
• Discipline:- Electrical/ Electrical (Power)/ Electrical and Electronics/ Power Systems Engineering/ Power Engineering (Electrical).

2. Post Name:- Diploma Trainee (Civil)

• No of posts:- 2 [Reserved for HI/VI/LD/ID/MD]
• Essential Qualification:-
  (i) Full Time Regular 3 Years Diploma from a recognized Technical Board/ Institute with passing marks.
  (ii) Higher technical qualification like B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/M.E etc with or without Diploma is not allowed.
• Discipline:- Civil Engineering.

3. Post Name:- Jr Officer Trainee (HR)

• No of posts:- 1 [Reserved for HI/VI/LD/ID/MD]
• Essential Qualification:-
  (i) Three years full-time Graduate Regular Degree – BBA/ BBM/ BBS or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institute/ University with passing marks.
  (ii) Candidates with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma or equivalent higher education qualification shall not be allowed to apply for the said post.

Upper age limit:- 37 years as of 19.06.2023. Relaxation in the upper age limit for PwBD-OBC(NCL)/ SC/ST/ Ex-SM shall be as per Govt of India directives.

Salary:- Stipend during the training period of One year Rs. 27,500/- per month. On completing the training period, compensation will be with Basic Pay of Rs. 25000/- in the pay scale of 25000-3%- 117500/- (IDA).

Selection Procedure

• Diploma Trainee (Electrical): Computer-Based Test
• Diploma Trainee (Civil): Computer-Based Test
• Jr. Officer Trainee (HR): Computer Based Test & Computer Skill Test (Qualifying in Nature)

Type of Written Test

Written Test shall be of Objective Type of 2(two) hours duration consisting of two parts–

• Part-I consists of a Technical/Professional Knowledge Test with 120 questions having specific questions of respective discipline.
• Part II consists of an Aptitude Test with 50 questions on vocabulary, verbal comprehension, quantitative aptitude, reasoning ability, ability to determine data sufficiency, interpretation of graphs/ charts/ tables, numerical ability, etc.

The Written Test shall be held at Guwahati. The Written Test (Computer Based Test) date will be notified separately.
