1. Post Name:- Planning and Training Manager
- No of posts:- 1
- Age limit:- 18-27 years (5 years shall be relaxable for SC/ST candidate).
- Salary:- Rs. 30,000/- per month.
- Educational Qualification:- Post Graduate in Social Work/ Rural Development/ RDAP/ Agriculture Economics/ Sociology or related fields.
- Experience:- Minimum 3.5 years of Working experience in the Rural Development Sector or have to experience in the field of training & implementation of Rural Development programs.
2. Post Name:- Training Assistant
- No of posts:- 1
- Age limit:- 18-27 years (5 years shall be relaxable for SC/ST candidate).
- Salary:- Rs. 20,000/- per month.
- Educational Qualification:- Graduate in Social Work/ Sociology/ Rural Development/ Agriculture Economics or related field.
- Experience:- Working experience in Rural Development and has experience working with the community.
3. Post Name:- Programme Assistant
- No of posts:- 4
- Age limit:- 18-27 years (5 years shall be relaxable for SC/ST candidate).
- Salary:- Rs. 25,000/- per month.
- Educational Qualification:- Post Graduate in Social Work/ Sociology/ Economics/ Agriculture Economics/ Rural Development or related field.
- Experience:- Minimum 2 -3 years of Working experience in Rural Development or related fields.
4. Post Name:- Account Assistant cum DEO
- No of posts:- 4
- Age limit:- 18-27 years (5 years shall be relaxable for SC/ST candidate).
- Salary:- Rs. 20,000/- per month.
- Educational Qualification:- Graduate in Commerce and 1 year Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application or equivalent (Compulsory).
- Experience:- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in account-related works.
