1. Project Scientist C (Medical)

• No. of vacancy: 01 (UR)
• Essential Qualification:-

Post Graduate degree (MD) in Medicine/Microbiology/Pathology/Epidemiology with one year R&D/teaching experience in the relevant subject from recognized university. Or

Post Graduate Degree in Medicine/Microbiology/Pathology/Epidemiology with two years R&D/teaching experience in the relevant subject from recognized university. Or

MBBS Degree recognized by MCI or equivalent degree with 4 years R&D/teaching experience in the relevant subject from recognized university.

Note: MD in the relevant subject shall be treated equivalent to three years experience. Post Graduate diploma in medicine subjects shall be treated equivalent to two years experience. 

• Desirable Qualification: 

1. MD in Medicine/ Microbiology/ Pathology/ Epidemiology from a recognized university for candidates with first class relevant degree. 
2. Additional Post doctoral research/training experience in Medicine/Microbiology/Virology/ Pathology/Epidemiology in recognized institutes.
3. Knowledge of Computer Applications or Business Intelligence tools/Data Management.

• Emolument: Rs.67,000/- + HRA per month
• Age limit: 40 years

2. Project Scientist B (Medical)

• No. of vacancy: 01 (UR)
• Essential Qualification: MBBS Degree recognized by MCI
• Note: MD in relevant subjects shall be treated equivalent to three years experience.
• Desirable Qualification:

1. MD in Medicine/Microbiology/Pathology/Epidemiology from a recognized university for candidates with first class relevant degree.
2. Additional Post doctoral research/training experience in Medicine/Microbiology/Virology/ Pathology Epidemiology in recognized institutes.
3. Knowledge of Computer Applications or Business Intelligence tools/Data Management.
4. Two years R&D/Teaching experience in Microbiology/Virology after obtaining essential qualification.

• Emolument: Rs.56,000/- + HRA per month
• Age limit: 35 years

3. Project Scientist C (Non Medical)

• No. of vacancy: 01 (UR)
• Essential Qualification: First Class master’s degree in the relevant subjects of Life Sciences /Biotechnology/Bioinformatics/Microbiology from a recognized university with 4 years R&D/ teaching experience in the relevant subject after 1st class Masters degree. Or

Second class M.Sc. in the relevant subjects of Life Sciences/ Biotechnology/ Bioinformatics/ Microbiology + Ph.D. degree in the relevant subject from a recognized University with 4 years R&D/teaching experience in the relevant subject after M.Sc. + Ph.D.

• Note: Ph.D. degree in relevant subject shall be treated equivalent to three years experience.
• Desirable Qualification: 

1. Doctorate in relevant subject from a recognized university for candidates with first class relevant degree.
2. Additional Post-doctoral research/training experience in relevant subjects in relevant subjects in recognized institutes.
3. Knowledge of Computer Applications or Business Intelligence tools/Data Management

• Emolument: Rs.67,000/- + HRA per month
• Age limit: 35 years
