UPSC IES ISS 2022:- Union Public Service Commission invites applications from eligible candidates for its Indian Economic Service (IES) and Indian Statistical Service (ISS) exams 2022. Interested and eligible candidates may apply before 26th April 2022. More details about the recruitment is provided below.
1. Service Name:- Indian Economic Service (IES)
- No of posts:- 24
- Educational Qualification:- Post-Graduate Degree in Economics/ Applied Economics/ Business Economics/ Econometrics from a University.
2. Service Name:- Indian Statistical Service (ISS)
- No of posts:- 29
- Educational Qualification:- Bachelor’s Degree with Statistics/ Mathematical Statistics/ Applied Statistics as one of the subjects OR a Master’s degree in Statistics/ Mathematical Statistics/ Applied Statistics from a University
Age limit
- A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years on 1st August 2022 i.e he/she must have been born not earlier than 2nd August 1992 and not later than 1st August 2001. The upper age relaxation is up to 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST, and 10 years for PWD candidates.
How to apply for UPSC IES ISS 2022?
Interested and eligible candidates can apply online only through UPSC’s official website www.upsconline.nic.in.
The Online Applications can be filled up to 26th April 2022 till 18.00 Hours. The online Applications can be withdrawn from 04.05.2022 to 10.05.2022 till 6.00 PM.
Application Fee
- Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only).
- Female/SC/ST/Persons with Benchmark Disability candidates are exempted from payment of the fee.
- The applicant can pay the application fee either by remitting the money in any Branch of the State Bank of India or by using Visa/ Master/ RuPay Credit/ Debit Card or by using Internet Banking of SBI.
