BSF Recruitment 2024: The Border Security Force has released an employment notification for the recruitment of the Sub Inspector (Works) and Junior Engineer/Sub Inspector (Electrical) in Group-‘B’ Combatised (Non Gazetted-Non Ministerial) posts in the Border Security Force, Engineering Set up through Online Mode only for vacancy year 2024. The last date for submission of the application is 15.04.2024.
1. Post Name:- Sub Inspector (Works)
- No of posts:- 13 [UR:7, EWS:0, OBC:2, SC:3, ST:1]
- Age limit:- Not exceeding 30 years as on the closing date of receipt of online application. The Upper age relaxation is up to 3 years for OBC/Ex-Servicemen and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
- Salary:- Pay matrix level-6 Rs.35,400-1,12,400) as per 7th CPC.
- Essential Qualification:- Pass Three three-year Diploma in Civil Engineering from an Institute recognized by the Central or State Government.
2. Post Name:- Junior Engineer/Sub Inspector (Electrical)
- No of posts:- 9 [UR:5, EWS:1, OBC:2, SC:0, ST:1]
- Age limit:- Not exceeding 30 years as on the closing date of receipt of online application. The Upper age relaxation is up to 3 years for OBC/Ex-Servicemen and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
- Salary:- Pay matrix level-6 Rs.35,400-1,12,400) as per 7th CPC.
- Essential Qualification:- Pass Three three-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering from an Institute recognized by the Central or State Government.
How to apply for BSF Recruitment 2024: SI/Junior Engineer Vacancy?
The application by the candidates must be submitted through ONLINE mode only. No other mode for submission of application will be accepted. The facility for submission of online applications will be opened on the BSF website https://rectt.bsf.gov.in w.e.f 17/03/2024 at 00:01 AM and will be closed on 15/04/2024 at 23:59.

Candidates are to pay Rs.200/- (Rupees Two hundred only) as examination fee plus Rs.47.20 service charges levied by Common Service Centre (CSC) through the following payment modes:-
- Net banking of any bank.
- Credit/Debit Card of any bank.
- Nearest authorized Common Service Centre
Female candidates of all categories and candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes, BSF serving personnel, and Ex-Servicemen are exempted from payment of the examination fee.
