District Court EGH Recruitment 2023: The office of the District & Session Judge, District Selection and Promotion Committee, East Garo Hills District, Williamnagar has released an employment notification for the recruitment of the Stenographer (Grade II) and Assistant Librarian. The last date for submission of the application is 15.05.2023.

1. Post Name:- Stenographer (Grade II)

• No of posts:- 1 (One)
• Age limit:- As per Govt of Meghalaya norms.
• Salary:- Pay level-11, Rs. 37,800- 86400/-
• Essential Qualification:- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University with a Diploma in Stenography in English with a minimum speed of 100 words per minute in shorthand and typing speed of 40 words per minute in computer. Based on written typing tests and personal interviews conducted by the recruitment authority.

2. Post Name:- Assistant Librarian

• No of posts:- 1 (One)
• Age limit:- As per Govt of Meghalaya norms.
• Salary:- Pay level-5, Rs. 24700- 58400/-
• Essential Qualification:- Bachelor’s Degree and Diploma in Library Science from a recognized University and Proficiency in the use of a computer. Based on written typing tests and personal interviews conducted by the recruitment authority.

How to apply for District Court EGH Recruitment 2023: Stenographer & Assistant Librarian?

The completed application must be submitted with 2 (Two) passport-size colored identical photographs, one of which shall be pasted in the space in the Standard Application Form and the other is to be accompanied by the form. The passport-size photograph affixed on the application must be self-attested by the candidate so that some portion of the candidate’s signature lies on the application form and the remaining porting of signature shall remain on the photo.

One self-addressed envelope (23cm X 10cm) affixed with a postage stamp of Rs. 5 (five) must attach to the filled-in application.

Duly filled-up application in the standard form including the Demand Draft as prescribed and addressed to the “District & Session Judge, Williamnagar- 79411″ should be accompanied by self-attested copies of the following documents (a) Educational Qualification and Experience whatever is required, (b) Cast Certificate, (c) Birth Certificate/ HSLC/SSLC or equivalent certificate (d) Proof of residence permanent and temporary.

The last date for submission of the application is 15.05.2023.

Application Fee

A candidate shall pay an examination fee of Rs. 300/- only as a Demand Draft payable to “The Registrar General High Court of Meghalaya, Shillong”. In the case of SC/ST/OBC classes, the examination fee is Rs. 150/-. However, the application fee is exempted for PWD candidates.
