SSC Recruitment 2023: The Staff Selection Commission has released an employment notification for the recruitment of Lower Divisional Clerk/ Junior Secretariat Assistant, and Data Entry Operators through the Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination 2023 (SSC CHSL 2023 Exam). Eligible candidates can apply online from 09.05.2023 to 08.06.2023.

1. Post Name:- Lower Division Clerk (LDC)/ Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA)

• Salary:- Pay Level-2 (Rs. 19,900- 63,200).
• Essential Qualification:- Candidates must have passed the 12th Standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University.

2. Post Name:- Data Entry Operator (DEO)

• Salary:- Pay Level-4 (Rs. 25,500-81,100) and Level-5 (Rs. 29,200-92,300).
• Essential Qualification:- Candidates must have passed the 12th Standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University.

3. Post Name:- Data Entry Operator Grade-A

• Salary:- Pay Level-4 (Rs. 25,500-81,100).
• Essential Qualification:- Candidates must have passed the 12th Standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University.

For Data Entry Operator (DEO)/ DEO Grade ‘A’ in the Office of Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG), Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, and Ministry of Culture: 12th Standard pass in Science stream with Mathematics as a subject from a recognized Board or equivalent

Age limit

• The age limit for the posts is 18-27 years i.e. Candidates born not before 02-08-1996 and not later than 01-08-2005 are eligible to apply. The Upper age relaxation is up to 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST, and 10 years for PWD candidates.

The last date and time for submission of online applications is 08-06-2023 (23:00).

Application Fee

• Fee payable: Rs 100/- (Rs one hundred only).
• Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), and Ex-servicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of the fee.
