IIE Guwahati Recruitment 2023: Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship (IIE), Guwahati has released an employment notification for the recruitment of 20 Cluster Development Executive (CDE) and District Coordinator vacancies for the Livelihood Development Project of Tribal Beneficiaries of Assam under Pradhan Mantri Van Dhan Yojana (PMVDY) to be implemented by IIE on a purely contractual basis. The last date for submission of the application is May 29, 2023.

1. Posts Name: Cluster Development Executive (CDE)

  • No. of posts: 03 (Three)
  • Qualification: Graduate Degree from a recognized college/university preferably in Social Work/Rural Development, Development Studies& Social Sciences.
  • Core Experiences: At least 1 year of experience working in Social/Community development projects, especially in livelihood development projects. Having experience in carrying out activities such as the formation of SGHs & their management, conducting capacity building training for SHGs, report writing, conducting survey & data collection, etc.
  • Key Skills: Communication and interpersonal skills, ability to proactively address potential issues and solve problems at field level, basic computer skills, collaborative working Style and team–player attitude, with organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks, and having entrepreneurial zeal to work hard with extra miles and ready for the extensive local tour.
  • Pay: Rs.15,000/-
  • Age: 22-40 Years
  • Project Locations:  Hojai (1), Charaideo (1), and Sivasagar (1)

2. District Coordinators

  • No. of posts: 17 (Seventeen)
  • Qualification: Graduate Degree from a recognized college/university preferably in Social Work/Rural Development, Development Studies& Social Sciences.
  • Core Experiences: At least 2-5 years of experience working in Social/Community development projects, especially in livelihood development projects. Having experience in carrying out activities such as the formation of SGHs & their management, conducting capacity building training for SHGs, report writing, conducting survey & data collection, etc.
  • Key Skills: Communication and interpersonal skills, ability to proactively address potential issues and solve problems at field level, basic computer skills, collaborative working Style and team–player attitude, with organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks, and having entrepreneurial zeal to work hard with extra miles and ready for the extensive local tour.
  • Pay: Rs. 20,000-22,500/-
  • Age: 22-40 Years
  • Project locations: Hailakandi (1), Dibrugarh (1), Tinsukia (1), Jorhat & Golaghat (1), Dima Hasao (1), Nalbari & Darrang (1), Majuli (1), East Karbi Anglong (1), Kamrup Rural (1), Goalpara & Bongaigaon (1), Biswanath Chariali (1) & Dhemaji (1), Kokrajhar & Dhubri (2), Chirang (1), Tamulpur (1) Barpeta & Baksa (1).
