IIM Shillong Recruitment 2023: Indian Institute of Management Shillong has released an employment notification for the recruitment of Clinical/ Counselling psychologists on a part-time basis. The last date for submission of the application is 31st March 2023.

Post Name:- Clinical/Counselling Psychologist (Part-Time Basis)

• No of posts:- 1 (One)
• Tenure: Initially for a period of 2 years (subject to annual review & renewal)
• Salary:- Consultation Fee as given below as per requirement for Consultation:
  1. Individual interaction (face to face) Rs. 1000/- per student
  2. Individual interaction (Online) @ Rs. 500/- per student
  3. Group interaction (face to face) @ Rs. 2000/- per group session
• Essential Qualification:- Master’s Degree in Clinical/Counselling Psychology from a reputed and recognized Institute/university.
• Experience:- At least 3 years of experience in the field with fluency in Hindi & English languages

Job Description

• Should be empathetic, approachable, kind, and sensitive towards Students, Faculty, Officers, and Staff and maintain strict confidentiality.
• To provide Consultation either face to face or online as per requirement for Students, Faculty, Officers, and Staff.
• To provide Counselling, Therapies, and Assessments for the psychological well-being of Students, Faculty, Officers, and Staff of the Institute
• To be available on Call for Consultation/Appointment as and when required.
• To maintain and forward to the Resident Medical Officer proper document/records of the Consultation Sessions delivered.
• Should be readily available to be present on campus as and when required.
• Should ensure confidentiality.
