MSSAT Meghalaya Recruitment 2023: The Meghalaya Society for Social Audit and Transparency has released an employment notification for the recruitment of various posts on a contractual basis. The last date for submission of the application is 5th May 2023.

1. Post Name:- Programme Manager – Human Resource Management

• No of posts:- 1
• Place of Posting:- Shillong Head Office
• Upper age limit:- 32-37 years (relaxation for at least 5 years for SC/ST candidates)
• Salary:- Rs 35,000/- monthly salary & travel allowances as per the SAU norm.
• Essential Qualification:- Post Graduate in HR Management & Analytic (PGP – HRA)/ Post Graduate Program in HR Management/ Post Graduate in Personnel Management. Must have obtained an aggregate of 55% marks and above at the PG level

2. Post Name:- Programme Manager- Web, Information Technology & Data Analyst

• No of posts:- 1
• Place of Posting:- Shillong Head Office
• Upper age limit:- 32-37 years (relaxation for at least 5 years for SC/ST candidates)
• Salary:- Rs 35,000/- monthly salary & travel allowances as per the SAU norm.
• Essential Qualification:- Post Graduate in Information Technology/ Computer Applications/ Computer Science/ Engineering in Technology. Must have obtained an aggregate of 55% marks and above at the PG level.

3. Post Name:- Junior Consultants

• No of posts:- 2
• Place of Posting:- Shillong Head Office
• Upper age limit:- 32-37 years (relaxation for at least 5 years for SC/ST candidates)
• Salary:- Rs 35,000/- monthly salary & travel allowances as per the SAU norm.
• Essential Qualification:- Post Graduate in Public Policy, Development Studies, Rural Development, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or related disciplines – additional qualification in Statistics, -Must have obtained an aggregate of 55% marks and above at the PG level

• Certificate Course in statistics, -Must have obtained an aggregate of 50% marks and above.

7. Post Name:- Village Social Audit Resource Persons

• No of posts:- 536
• Place of Posting:- Gram Sewak Circle in domicile Block, Khasi & Jaintia and Garo Region
• Upper age limit:- 32-37 years (relaxation for at least 5 years for SC/ST candidates)
• Salary:- Rs. 1,200/- per village
• Essential Qualification:-
  1. SSLC/ Matriculation with average scores of 45 % and above,
  2. Active SHG member or a JCH holder/ MGNREGA Worker.
