NHPC Limited Recruitment 2023: National Hydroelectric Power Corporation (NHPC) has released an employment notification for the recruitment of 388 Junior Engineers, Supervisors, Accountant, Hindi Translator, and Draftsmen vacancies. The last date for submission of the application is June 30, 2023.

1. Post Name: Junior Engineer (Civil)

• No. of posts: 149
• Qualification & Experience:

1. 03 years full-time regular Diploma in Civil Engineering from Government/Government recognized Institutes with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade.
2. SC/ST/PwBD Candidates with 50% marks are eligible to apply.
3. Higher technical qualification like B.Tech./B.E. without the essential qualification i.e., full-time regular Diploma is not eligible/allowed.

• Pay scale: Rs. 29,600-1,19,500 (IDA).
• Age: Maximum Age 30 years (as of 30.06.2023).

2. Post Name: Junior Engineer (Electrical)

• No. of posts: 74
• Qualification & Experience:

1. 03 years full-time regular Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Government/Government recognized Institutes with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade.
2. SC/ST/PwBD Candidates with 50% marks are eligible to apply.

Three years regular Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Science/IT from Government/Government recognized Institutes with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade.

OR

Regular BCA/B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) from Government/Government recognized Institutes with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade.

• Experience: Minimum 1 Year post qualification experience as of 30.06.2023.
• Pay scale: Rs. 29,600-1,19,500 (IDA).
• Age: Maximum Age 30 years (as of 30.06.2023).

6. Post Name: Supervisor (Survey)

• No. of posts: 19
• Qualification: 03 years full-time regular Diploma in Surveying/Survey Engineering from Government/Government recognized Institutes with minimum 60%marksorequivalentgrade.
• Experience: The candidate must know with job description-taking longitudinal section, cross section, contouring, topographic survey, hydrographic survey, land map, valuation statement, land acquisition works, drawing of detailed survey map, handling and operating Theodolite, EDM, Total Station (Computerized Survey Instrument), Codifying the Data, Survey Software Program (e.g. LISCAD, etc.) including terrain modeling in computer, printing, etc. with minimum 1-year post qualification experience as on 30.06.2023.
• Pay scale: Rs. 29,600-1,19,500 (IDA).
• Age: Maximum Age 30 years (as of 30.06.2023).

7. Post Name: Sr. Accountant

• No. of posts: 28
• Qualification: Inter CA Pass or Inter CMA Pass.
• Pay scale: Rs. 29,600-1,19,500 (IDA).
• Age: Maximum Age 30 years (as of 30.06.2023).

8. Post Name: Hindi Translator

• No. of posts: 14
• Qualification: Master’s degree from a recognized Indian university in Hindi with English as an elective subject at the Degree level or Master’s Degree from a recognized Indian university in English with Hindi as an elective subject at the degree level. Pass candidates are eligible to apply.
• Experience: One-year post qualification experience as of 30.06.2023 in the field of using/applying terminology (terminological work) in Hindi and translation work from English to Hindi and Vice Versa in Central/State Govt./PSU.OR One-year post-qualification experience in research or teaching in Hindi in Central/State Govt. Educational Institute. OR Degree/Diploma in translation from English to Hindi and vice versa from a recognized Indian University.
• Pay scale: Rs. 27,000-1,05,000 (IDA).
• Age: Maximum Age 30 years (as of 30.06.2023).

9. Post Name: Draftsman (Civil)

• No. of posts: 14
• Qualification: Matriculation Pass and ITI in Draughtsman Civil Trade from NCVT with NTC/NAC.
• Pay scale: Rs. 25,000-85,000 (IDA).
• Age: Maximum Age 30 years (as of 30.06.2023).

10. Post Name: Draftsman (Elect./Mech.)

• No. of posts: 08
• Qualification: Matriculation Pass and ITI in Draughtsman Mechanical/Electrical Trade from NCVT with NTC/NAC.
• Pay scale: Rs. 25,000-85,000 (IDA).
• Age: Maximum Age 30 years (as of 30.06.2023).

Application Fee of NHPC Limited Vacancy

Candidates belonging to the General, EWS & OBC (NCL) categories are required to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs.295/- (including GST @ 18%) through online mode. The SC/ST/ PwBD/ESM category candidates need not pay the registration fee. The fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Candidates are therefore requested to verify their eligibility& correctness of the information on the Application Form before paying the application fee.

• Log on to www.nhpcindia.com & apply through the online application portal available in the section “Career” with us. A candidate must possess a valid E-mail id and mobile number which shall be active throughout the process as required for any further notification.
• Read all instructions given on the website to ensure your eligibility before applying.
• Fill out the Online application form with relevant details and submit it. After successful submission, an application ID shall be generated by the system which shall be kept and used for further communication.
• Scanned copies of the following documents should be kept ready by the candidate before applying for online registration for attachment:

1. Matriculation/secondary school certificate as proof of Date of Birth.
2. Complete set of mark sheets/certificates in support of qualification.
3. Caste certificate in the format prescribed by the Government of India. In the case of OBC candidates, the community certificate should have been issued within 6 months before the date of registration.
4. Disability Certificate issued by Competent Authority (if applicable).

• Upload the latest photograph and signature as per instructions given in the online application portal.
• Take out the print of the registration form generated by the system in duplicate with the Unique application ID for future reference.

Exam Centre for NHPC Limited Recruitment

The Computer Based Test/Online Test will be held in 18 Cities* as mentioned in the ‘Online’ Application system. Candidates have to select their preferred examination city (limited to three choices) from the given list of exam cities in the Online application form. However, NHPC reserves the right to cancel or add any Centre depending on the response of the candidates for that area/center. Admission to the test center will be on the production of an e-Admit Card which is to be downloaded only from our website by candidates.
